Alexander “Skip” Spence – Little hands {1969}

Alexander “Skip” Spence was the guitarist in Quicksilver Messenger Service, the drummer in Jefferson Airplane and later co-founded Moby Grape. He played all the instruments on his only solo album, Oar, that was recorded six months after he was institutionalized in a psychiatric hospital.
